Description
Eight months after I took the original photo, I finally figured out how I wanted to treat it!
Creating multiple colour layers, I removed parts of layer so the underlying colours would show through and blend.
The original photo is a close up of a part of the remaining machinery of the old brickworks in Sydney, Australia. No idea what the machine did back in its day - I was attracted to the play of light and the pattern created by the circular pipes.

Combination of circles and tones very intriguing. Seems like the figure of a ghost between the first and second columns on the left. F/L and my minimalism group POD for 2/18/21.
Siene Browne replied:
Thank you Gary. You may have something re the Ghost. Usually I would have cleaned up those 3 marks (the eyes and nose of the ghost), but I could never bring myself to do it - kept thinking they are meant to be there. Believe me there would be a few ghosts hanging around the old brickworks ;-) And big thank you for your vote too!
