This wonderful digital collage began with a photographic image of an old European cityscape that has been digitally altered, recolored and effected. It then has been carefully merged with a digitally hand drawn background to give a soft pastel pencil effect to the piece. This is soft, intriguing and timeless and will enhance just about any decor.
