This is a view of the pristine, calm water at Antechamber Bay on Kangaroo Island. Kangaroo island is located off the mainland of South Australia, about 112 km southwest of Adelaide. The island is accessible by ferry or plane and is 150 km in length. The island is a sanctuary for wildlife including kangaroos, koalas, Tammar wallabies, echidnas, sea lions, dolphins, fur-seals and an array of birdlife. Amazing coastal scenery is found all around the island, and with a small population of just over 4,000, you are often lucky enough to enjoy it in solitude.
