Gorgeous landscape, Laurie! Congratulations on your sale!!!

Such magnificent colors....love all your work, Laurie!

Laurie, Love your work! You've captured that part of Maine that rarely gets painted, but that people actually live in. Very refreshing to see.

Awesome product. Got it in today and hung it up. Was a bit cautious having it shipped especially through UPS but it was packed super well and came in perfect condition even though UPS always beats up my boxes. Definitely will be lifelong decor considering the quality of the maple it is printed on. Would certainly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing this.

Loved it, saw your work at the Estes Park Art Show around Memorial Day 2018 while visiting Colorado.

I love the piece so much! How well it works in my whimsical blue garden! I just did not know to depict the rabbit hole in the Alice in Wonderland area that this is the perfect conceptual representation. It is beautiful and whimsical. As I had to place it on a stump where a branch had been sawed, I hired a one skilled with a jigsaw to round the edges a bit for visual believability and, after attaching it to the stump, added tiny pieces of bark around the edge to help it blend with the stump. Great discovery!

About Laurie Breton

A landscape photographer and contemporary realism painter, I have lived my entire life in Maine, and I feel a close connection to the New England landscape. It wasn't until my late thirties that I picked up a paintbrush, began creating art on canvas, and fell in love with painting. I call what I do "painting the light" because my paintings reflect my passion for light and shadow and their effects on the landscape. As a self-taught artist, I paint what I feel in my heart. Every scene I commit to canvas was chosen because it has struck some deep emotional chord in me, and I try to infuse my work...
