The quality of the towel is poor, it's stiff, not fluffy as I would expect from bath towel. Also colours look faded.

I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the towels. The color is not the beautiful black to the pictures but a sad gray where we see a lot of white below.

I was telling a few friends to use ur sight as I’m pleased with what I’m buying, I’m afraid that I will now be telling them not to buy from you as this is a con. I have already paid for postage so fell very sad as I’m trying to decide whether to pay the charge & get my package or not bother. One thing I do know is that I will be posting on your website about this dreadful way to treat customers. Sadly it’s all for my son, who has been very ill but had come out the other side grateful to be with us. He is going to be Baptised full immersion baptism. I am a retired teacher, coach and athletic director. While my wife, Judy, and I were teaching she had a photo studio, and I had a dark room where I did black and white and color. Some was for the studio while most of it was just a hobby. When we retired in 2000, we sold our house in Eastern Washington and moved onto our boat, Last Class, and our motorhome. We sold Last Class a few years ago and bought a small house in Yuma, Arizona and bought another one in Emmett Idaho. Now we spend the summers in Emmett and the winters in Yuma.
