I love this amazing view at Caspersen Beach in Venice, Florida. Large clusters of rocks stretch out into the Gulf of Mexico towards eternity. As the waves push onto the green mossy rocks a long exposure photo smooths out the force creating a peaceful and calm mood. The sun is setting behind pink and purple clouds, leaving a warm pinkish glow. The sky is turning beautiful pastel colors while the water has an ethereal glow. I am alone on the beach and have this beautiful moment all to myself. It's very tranquil. This is Caspersen Beach, a beautiful beach at the southern tip of the coastal town of Venice, Florida. People often walk along the sandy beach searching for fossilized sharks' teeth. Just north of here is the large Venice fishing pier and Sharky's Restaurant, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Venice is just south of Sarasota in Sarasota County in southwest Florida. Nearby towns are Englewood, North Port, Port Charlotte and Osprey. This photo has a slight digital oil paint effect on it to bring out detail and texture.
