Impressionistic view of the lake with cranes.

All through High School and even before I was known as an artist. I won my first painting contest when I was in 9th Grade, it was a contest for the Red Cross to depict An American Theme and I chose to paint a family in a park picnicking on a blanket with fireworks going off overhead. I won First Place. I furthered my art endeavor first at a Junior College and joined the Navy during the VietNam conflict. I was stationed in Pensacola, FL. for a while for training and during that time was commissioned by the Navy to do 12 portraits of The Chain of Command starting President Johnson. There was a 13th commission of the Navy's most distinguished flight officer to hang in the lobby of a building that was under construction in his honor. I worked...
