3 stars the cover, 1 Star for the rubbery filling which I threw away, no stars for the packaging, so horrible that it puts a real damper on the purchase

Good pillow cover, rubbery pillow insert which I threw away, it would be nice to have a nicer package when it arrives, it makes you think that it is junk, not a good start, and a damper on your purchase. 4 Star for the cushion shell, 1 Star for the rubbery insert, no star for the crummy little packaging. It ruins the entire experience.

My granddaughter absolutely loves her Frederick the Great pillow. It is beautiful and so well made. I love that Frederick is on both the front and back.

Artist's Description

Pinckney Bend was a navigational hazard well-known to generations Missouri River boatmen. Located at mile marker 83 above St. Louis, it is the site of a once-thriving town long since disappeared, and a stretch of river where at least five 19th century steamboats were wrecked, including the famous side-wheeler Spread Eagle. Corporal John Coulter, perhaps the most famous and colorful member of the Lewis & Clark Expedition and arguably one of the group's hardiest partiers eventually settled in the New Haven area, just across the river from Pinckney. He live...

I try to put everything I have learned from every great teacher and through every mistake I have made into each and every piece with as much passion as I have for art and for life itself. Artists have been accused of being self aggrandizing, long winded, name droppers. I hate it when the critics get it right! In an attempt to diffuse those kinds of accusations, regardless of how accurate they may be, I am writing this statement today. Each picture I make begins with a germ of an idea. I visualize how I...
