I got so many comment about this when I had it framed! I am working on living in New York for a few months and this is keeping me going until I get there! Sorry the photo is so bad - the light was on it.

Going to put it the front of a small cupboard door...

Good print. However I would have preferred it to be mailed flat. I want it to stay flat but it keeps rolling on me since it was in a tube. I put some heavy books to try to flatten it.

Hey, i was about to purchase the metal option, but the price with shipping would have been nearly $500 more...If you are willing to work on the cost there, I might upgrade. I also was considering getting embellishments, but guessing you don't do that on posters. Contact me if you are willing to work on the pricing. Otherwise I am stoked...this is my birthday present to myself.

I love everything I bought. But make sure you indicate the prices are in American Dollars. I thought I was buying that poster in Australian dollars .. from 61 $. I ended paying $112. nearly double !!

By the year 1862 Aurora had a city government, two daily newspapers, two fire companies of 60 men each, two military companies with fully equipped armories, two brass bands, blocks of buildings constructed of brick freighted in from Sacramento. Administrative offices of two states held forth, complete with elections, due to the belief that Aurora was divided in half by the state lines of California and Nevada. This division continued until it was discovered that Aurora was in actuality in and belonged to Nevada.
