Description
Original 36x48 painting from photo taken Oct 2003 at Auditorium Shores by then Town Lake, now named Lady Bird Lake. People in canoe were actually there and in the photo. The skyline has changed since then, but the magic of the lights on the water is still there.

Chris (PrintsProject) - thank u! I think something about the size and subject merged into letting me free flow the colors and textures :)

Solomon Barroa - thank u so much! I worked longer on this painting than most (36x48 inches) and the reflections were probably the most fun! :)

Thank you so much, Lara - this is a big canvas - 36x48 - and the reflections were lots of fun playing the layers back and forth :)

Magical reflection. Very well done Felipe. L/F

I need to find the original photo I also took at the time (Oct, early 2000s, along Lady Bird Lake in Austin). The skyscape has changed quite a bit, but the reflections are still pretty magical. Thanks, Rafael :)
