About Acrylic Prints

Acrylic Print with Mounting Posts

Mounting Option #1

Acrylic Print with Hanging Wire

Mounting Option #2

Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of an acrylic print.   Your image gets printed directly onto the back of a 1/4" thick sheet of clear acrylic.

The image is the art - it doesn't get any cleaner than that!

All acrylic prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with four aluminum mounting posts (Option #1) or hanging wire (Option #2).

The high gloss of the acrylic sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

There are two different ways to mount your acrylic print.

Option #1 (Mounting Posts) - Attach your print to your wall with four aluminum mounting posts.   The cylindrical cap of each mounting post can be removed, allowing you to thread a small screw along the center axis of the of post and into the wall.   When you're finished, simply reattached each cap, and you're done.   The mounting posts act as stand-offs and keep your print separated from the wall by 1".   All of the required mounting hardware (i.e. posts, screws, and wall anchors) is included with your print.   Click here for mounting details.

Option #2 (Hanging Wire) - With this option, your acrylic print is attached to a 1/4" thick black board which has a wooden frame and hanging wire attached to the back.   There are no metal mounting posts at the corners.   Simply put a nail in your wall, hang your print from the hanging wire, and you're done.   Due to the thickness of the black board and mounting frame, your print is separated from the wall by 1.50"   Click here for mounting details.

Hi, I ordered 4 of the above paintings that made their way to Ireland. They were for my sisters and brother. This image is incredibly special to my family as that is my dad on his farm in the image. We were so disappointed when they arrived as we were expecting a different finish. In Ireland the only way we describe acrylic is a type of paint and when we opted for acrylic we thought we would be receiving a canvas with a texture like acrylic. What you call acrylic in America we can laminate. The product was of excellent standard and your service is fantastic. however we feel so deflated as we were 100â„… expecting canvas. We even had our local framing shop ready with 4 custom made painted frames to frame the canvas. I saved and purchased these for my family for a special occasion coming up. I really don't know what to do as I can't afford to re-order. For reasons to do with the original painting we need canvas and won't be able to use the laminate. I am incredibly deflated and would l8ve to be able to reorder but just can't financially. I just wanted to make you aware. Many thanks, Kathryn

Arrived damaged and had to send entire order back at my expense, very disappointed. Impossible to reach anyone to discuss this!

This piece is absolutely beautiful!

Artist's Description

This was why Roccasecca was not to be. The hillside climb would have be in clouds and rain. This would not have been a good choice as the wooden stairs and landings are…dubious but OK when one can see and not slip. We won’t go into the potentials of climbing on the ruins of Saint Thomas Aquinas’ ancestral castle in the rain. The ride up to Fossanova had its own mysteries as the bus driver was a little at a loss on how to get there. We arrived quite safe and sound having seen a little of the valley’s rural areas.

About Joseph Yarbrough

My subjects are both natural and architectural. I am interested in textures and shapes and how light and shadow play on those objects often creating new ones. I use a Nikon D-800, and an iPhone 10s Max. I make every effort to compose in the camera and thus I crop infrequently. I use Aperture and Photoshop to work with highlights & shadows which often brings out the elements in a photograph for which I have primary interest. I have no hesitation using any other tool if the results make the photograph work. My preference is to do nothing to a photograph presenting it as it was taken. My web site is named light & shadows because both light and shadows are the visual elements which hold the most fascination for me. If time and space put...
