My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

The Ohio River is the largest tributary, by volume, of the Mississippi River. It is approximately 981 miles long and located in the Eastern United States. Since the early days of the pioneers, it has served as a major commercial transportation route. Barges, such the one in the photograph, are found everyday transporting goods such as coal on the Ohio River. The Ohio River Basin is a major coal producing and power generating area for the Appalachian Region. Utilities like the advantage of the transportation savings provided by these barges the basin’s waterways. Most of the utility coal moving by barge on the Ohio River basin did not originate along the Ohio River. Some of this coal is actually mined in the western United States and moved by rail to docks on the Ohio River, where it’s loaded into barges to complete the trip to power plants.
