Karen Cattel is a special artist and her whimsical art looks great on the two sturdy totes I purchased. One is a gift for a friend and the other is for me. I love them.

I so appreciate being able to have this old-fashioned outdoor dinner scene on a tote bag. It is adorable. Thank you for making it available.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

My artwork focuses on blending the structural, technical, and precision elements of architecture; the arrangement, pattern, and style elements of design; the composition, color, and lighting elements of art; and the dimension, depth, and form elements of sculpture. David! I stopped by Youtube to take a look at your videos, Bluemin Onion and Mandala in Motion. Very hypnotic. Neat transitioning. Did you do all that with the CAD program you speak of? I really like this particular basket... great colors and textures. So relaxing!
David Voutsinas replied:
Elizabeth, I just saw this reply but I don't know how long ago you sent it. I apologize for not responding sooner. Thank you for visiting my YouTube page. I am glad you like my animations. Yes, they were created using TurboCAD. I am working on a new one. I will let you know when I post it. I look forward to seeing more of your beautiful designs. Your artwork continues to awe and inspire me. ~ David

Thanks Phil. If you are interested, I used the basic structure for this design to create 2 animations. Please go to my YouTube video page (http://www.youtube.com/?hl=en&tab=wy&authuser=0) for my "Bleumin' Onion" animation and my "Mandala in Motion" animation.

Amazing structure!!!

Thanks Patricia. I work with a tool called TurboCAD which is primary used by architects and engineers. I use this tool to create various structures for my designs. The basic structure in this design is a set of concentric hyperbolae that I replicate and then revolve in a circle. The basic structure is shown in my Hyperbola gallery logo.

This is fantastic, David. Is it a fractal? or what?
