Since Childhood, Donnell Carr had two passions ... Police Work and Artwork. Donnell attended several art academies in school and outside of school while growing up in Flint, Michigan. He was also active in the Police Cadet programs. Upon entering the United States Air Force, Donnell became a Security Police Officer. During his ten years in the Air Force he continued to study art as well as photography. Upon leaving the Air Force, Donnell became a Police Officer with the City of Flint, Michigan.
