The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A pond is a body of water smaller than a lake. However the difference between a pond and a lake is subjective.
Pond usually describes small bodies of water, generally smaller than one would require a boat to cross.

Another suggested difference between ponds and lakes is that lakes are fed by rivers, creeks, and/or springs, while ponds are usually the result of rain runoff, modest springs, or perhaps a very small stream. Also, lakes tend to have much more irregular shorelines, with coves and so forth, while ponds tend to allow one to take them all in visually from a single location.
The word pond is used to refer to a pool of still water that is smaller than a lake. In most cases, this pool of water is artificially created to serve a certain purpose which in most cases happens to be fish rearing or irrigation.

Where does one start with a quick biography, which will give some insight to the artist inside? For me, photography was a way to get my feelings out by capturing moments in my life. Memories are one of the biggest ways to experience emotions of all types. Photography was that answer to capture moments that were ignored by others that would elicit an emotion. For instance, the way light can highlight an object brilliantly shadows that express mystery colors that can be dramatic or soft.
