The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
Photographed at Rincon Beach, the morning of November 17, 2015. I was heading up the coast to Santa Barbara, but took a quick detour to Rincon Beach. The day was beautiful! The surf was great, and not very crowded, which doesn't happen very often. The surfers were getting long rides on these small, but beautifully formed waves. You know the weather is ideal when you can see the Channel Island from this vantage point.

First off, hope everyone who visits this website is doing well. Just got back from doing a presentation, an art festival, and a car show, with very positive results! Usually, when I do a presentation, I'm hiding behind a computer, showing people some of my tricks using Photoshop. This time, I actually had to look straight at an audience, and talk about myself. Not something that I'm very comfortable doing, but it was a great experience for me. The art show was a success as well. I met so many wonderful people, and sold a good number of pieces as well!
