Birch in autumn, my favorite season. The forest comes alive, Sumac grows red the tree's leaves glow a golden yellow, it is a fleeting moment of the year but one I cherish and go for a walk in the woods. This painting was an effort to create a design while still keeping the feeling of a realistic autumn feeling.
