Thanks so much for your good comments regarding my Massanutten Peak painting. I appreciate your taking time to look at my work. This is a very interesting one of yours. I can hardly believe it's a watercolor.....it looks so incredibly "real".

Beautiful piece of art… Looks amazing!

One of the greatest renditions i have ever seen of King Arthur! And at the precise moment he rose to fame. The image, clarity and the colors are stunning and the young King to be already looks regal! A truly magnificent piece of art!

Your photo is astoundingly colorful and realistic. It's like JLC actually sat and posed for the artists painting of it. I love it and i am proud to have it.

I can’t figure out how to frame this with the extra mirror images on the front. I thought the mirrored images would be on the side wrap. Any suggestions? I’m giving it a one for now because it’s unusable as is.

This picture is a birthday present for my husband. He will be turning 70 in August, so he has not seen it yet. This picture is of Gibraltar, a self-governing oversees British territory. Most of the "city" you see in this picture is actually in Spain. Gibraltar is about 4 sq. km in size. Approximately 30,000 people live there. There is and has been for centuries an ongoing dispute over this little piece of land. It has been British since 1704, and for 800 years before that the Moors from Norther Africa held it in their possession. It has not been part of Spain for over 1,000 years. To call this a City with a Cliff in the Background is not really suitable. This is Gibraltar, a British fortress, now and forever.

Artist's Description

In Birmingham a small plant takes root in the cracked foundation of an old tower at Sloss furnace, vestige of the nineteenth century iron industry. Somewhere in time an unknown ironworker placed a metal band-aid over the crack. And so his hand, trying to mend the ruin, and the grace of creation, leave us a sign to steer by in Birmingham.
