This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Very pleased with the image, color, printing . My selection of printing onto wood is great for this image. There are a few mildly dark lines which are natural to wood. They show through the image and contribute to the image--glad that none of these was over the face of the horse rider.

Artist's Description
Bison are nomadic grazers and travel in herds, except for the non-dominant bulls, which travel alone or in small groups during most of the year. American bison are known for living in the Great Plains. Both species were hunted close to extinction during the 19th and 20th centuries but have since rebounded. The American Plains bison is no longer listed as endangered.
About John R Young Jr
John Robert Young Jr. was bitten by the wanderlust bug just after he graduated from high school when he traveled across the United States. He came to photography much later, and we are all the better for it. Today, wherever he wanders, you’ll see him with his camera gear in tow. His current favorites include a Nikon D700, a Nikon D300 and a wide range of lenses. The year 2010 found him shooting up and down the East Coast and out West in our National Parks. To date he has traveled to nearly every state in the USA as well as twenty countries, including a stint in Thailand during the Vietnam War. The photo above was shot recently at Myakka River Park, one of Florida’s oldest and largest state parks, located in Sarasota.
