Description
I've only just begun photographing birds, partly due to pandemic restrictions. I have found that the hardest part to these efforts is identifying them. Take for example the Chickadee. There is the common chickadee and then the Black-Capped Chickadee. Apparently their song is different as is their size and geography where they prefer to live. The Black-Capped Chickadee is larger than the former and also has a longer tail. It also prefers the Northern locations than its counterpart who prefers the deep south. This fellow seems to have made our yard its home, here in Northeast Tennessee.
