Tote Bag Reviews (1374)

Average Rating (5 Stars):

I ordered this bag to be used by my very handsome 84 year old gentleman friend when he goes to water aerobics with me everyday, He grew up in Harvey Illinois as the oldest of five children in a economically challenged family. There were no books in his home and he was thrilled to find a public library where they let you borrow books to take home and read. It was the start of a lifetime of the love of reading and learning and the pathway for financial success. Thank you William Brody for creating this painting.

Artist's Description

This piece was done for a show where "Love" was the theme. I liked the idea of portraying "blind love" because that is a true form of love.

About Chris Steinken

Chris Steinken

I grew up in Chicago, but now live in Portland, Oregon. I have attended school at the Art Institute of Chicago and at Ringling College of Art & Design. I like to paint with oils on canvas or board. Living in the Northwest, I find most of my subject matter in nature, whether it's a landscape or a pile of driftwood on the beach. I'm also interested in mechanical objects or anything that has unique coloring or surface characteristics. Many of my paintings have been influenced by my days as an editorial artist. If you are interested in purchasing originals from this website, please contact me at csteinken@gmail.com. Thank you.
