These blue spring blooming bulbous perennials are known as Glory of the Snow flowers, a variety of Chionodoxa. Each blossom has six blue petals with a white and yellow center. They are one of the earliest spring bloomers and can often be found growing in gardens and lawns. This chionodoxa plant in bloom was photographed in Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
