I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

This tote bag is gorgeous! I saw a picture of it and had to have it. The colors are just beautiful. The size is better than I expected, because it's larger than I had envisioned it. It is practical and functional as well as beautiful. I'm very happy with this purchase.
Nymphaeaceae is a family of flowering plants. Members of this family are commonly called water lilies and live as rhizomatous aquatic herbs in temperate and tropical climates around the world. The family contains eight large-flowered genera with about 70 species. The genus Nymphaea contains about 35 species in the Northern Hemisphere. The genus Victoria contains two species of giant water lilies endemic to South America. Water lilies are rooted in soil in bodies of water, with leaves and flowers floating on the surface. The leaves are round, with a radial notch in Nymphaea and Nuphar, but fully circular in Victoria.

This Blue Water Lily, 72"X48," is my favorite of the 3 pictures I bought. It hangs at the head of my bed, 6" up; it's like the headboard, and it's very calming, and it seduces me to lie down and sleep. Such a beautiful picture. Also, the composition grabbed me and completed my decision process. Though when the package arrived in was severely damaged and looked like the bottom had fallen out and the protective cover on the picture was scratched, as if the picture had been slid across a concrete floor. Though, once hung and the protective cover removed, not a single scratch of any size or shape was on the picture itself. I was relived and very happy. Now that's a true protective cover.
