I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

Blue Legend. This is a portrait of Blues Legend John Lee Hooker - The Crawling Kingsnake, was the ultimate "delta" blues singer and musician.
The original painting is 16 x 20 oil on stretched canvas, painted mainly with raw umber, burnt sienna and titanium white. It was purchased by a long-time fan of John Lee Hooker, for his private collection.
