Artwork was a gift. So grateful it arrived in time for Christmas. The piece was given to a loyal Eddie Van Halen fan. There were quite a few finishes/sizes to choose from. I purchased the wood finish because of the rustic look. The photo transferred perfectly. What a honor to proudly display this piece. Will forever be reminded what EVH contributed to rock and how grateful we are to him for sharing his love of music with us. 🤘

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCKIN ON HEAVENS DOOR!! I have created these pieces with a mixed medium process: I paint patterns and textures, scan them in, mask them in simplified photos, print them, then paint on them further. Then i'll scan the final product back in. So it's constantly evolving.
About Ryan Rock Artist
My name is Ryan and I am the artist. The pieces you see here are created from a revolving mixed-medium process that utilizes both digital and traditional methods. I use an image that I strip down to basic black and white, then I simplify that image to black and white. I use different paint and texture pattern masked in with the image. Then the pieces are printed, then painted on more, then scanned back in. This cycle continues until the piece is sold, so the pieces are always evolving.
