The Bogda Peak consists of three peaks with a main peak of 5,444 meters. It is the highest peak in the eastern part of the Tianshan Mountains, China. Bogda Peak is the meaning of "spirit" in Mongolian language. It enjoys supreme status in the hearts of the various ethnic groups in the Western Region.
