These fun boots were painted and sold to raise money for Sarah House, an
end of life care facility in Santa Barbara.
I just feel they are too cool not to offer as wall art. I worked with
all of the symbols that mean "Beatles" to me. There are poppies and a nod to
Peter Max, Chrysanthemum for the Eastern influence, hearts, a British flag and
the composition that is, or course, based on the beloved "Revolver" album! So much fun
to do that I started a small label, Violet Flame Boots, to take private commissions
for boots for the Daring Individual who wants to step into something completely

My first painting was entitled “Hairy pumpkin with yellow hair”. I was three. I’ve been painting and drawing every since. I am fortunate to earn my living as a professional artist in Santa Barbara, California.
