I love this print! It takes me back to my school years in northern Iowa and our favorite nuns. While they weren’t ice skaters, I remember them bundling up in freezing winter weather and scurrying to school. It’s just perfect!

The scene shows the Charles River Basin as last rays of the sun shine through the low clouds and casts a bright orange glow over Back Bay, the John Hancock and Prudential Skyscrapers.
In the foreground three Duck boats dot the silver toned river, making their way towards the Longfellow Bridge.
