Sweat shirt quality great, silk screening not as bold as anticipated. Sizing true.

Unfortunately, the screen printing wasn't good. It looks faded and like a cheap print you'd buy at the beach. It was a gift, so I gave it, but I won't buy another.

Artist's Description

Boudhanath Stupa located in the eastern part of Kathmandu is sacred pilgrim destination of the followers of Buddhism. Devotees from the high Himalayan regions visiting Boudhanath for pilgrimage and to escape cold winter are seen around the stupa in traditional Tibetan attire. With sufficient food grain production, it was customary to brew beer and alcohol at home. People are seen basking in the sun while drying food grain and large earthen beer jars in the pleasant morning sun during September-October. The houses of the Tamang ethnic communities, artisans from Patan making metal craft goods, farmers leading their bullocks towards the fields are also depicted in this imagination of the artists that dates to a scenario about 200-300 years back. The Bagmati river with clear water flow, bountiful fields, forests and the Biswarup temple are seen in the far off distance.
