Early morning on Halloween Day, buildings on Bourbon Street awake to a quiet environment. Soon that will all change as the gala Halloween partying begins. It is not often that people who trek Bourbon Street actually get to see the upper parts of the buildings. There is lots of wrought iron and cast iron, and many balconies. Seen is a Galatoire's sign for a very old traditional New Orleans restaurant.
