I am not happy with this ... the picture is not totally there . much of it is cut off. I need to reorder this

Very unhappy. The picture is blown up too big making it very fuzzy. Quebec is cut off a bit too much, so you cannot tell it says "Quebec." Buyer Beware: the return policy is 30 days from PURCHASE, not receipt. If you miss the window, (I missed the 30 cutoff by 3 days) they are not willing to work with you on this. Customer Service is LOUSY!!!

By waiting for the tide to be aat a level that allows the rocks to be seen and yet the water flows in and over the boulders a photographer can achieve good results.
