Artist's Description
The Haxewaag (Witch's Way) is a trail that winds along the shores of Schwarzsee in Switzerland. Once it leaves the lake's edge, the trail heads up into Brecca Gorge, a glacial valley cut through the Alps by time and nature. Surrounded by brooding mountains draped in clouds, it is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful places in Europe. It's a place of legends and dreams.
About Two Small Potatoes
Carrie and Travis are Two Small Potatoes born in Idaho. Pacfic Northwest born and raised, we've lived in states as far flung as Alaska and New Mexico. In 2014, we were transplanted to Europe for new adventures. After 15 months in Switzerland and seven years in Germany, we moved back across the pond, this time to the exquisite state of Maine. Carrie's an artist, while Travis is a molecular biologist. We both love travel, photography, and the outdoors.
