Saw this beauty on FB and had to stop by and visit here as well. Chris ... Oh Ye Photographer-Lauret of NYC ... you have done it again. If you can make B&W SO appealing to someone like myself, you, sir, have done your job!!! This is an incredible work of perspective and tone ... and fascination with the subject!!! Love, love and love!!! l/f and tweeted

Chris Lord replied:

I got up early the day after we were promised a huge snowstorm and went downtown hoping to find deep snow but there was none. It had all gone already. But I had fun shooting anyway and got some great shots to work on. You are right, the bridge is awesome and always a super subject no matter how many times I go down there.. Very happy to hear that you liked this one enough to follow it here Lois, you are very kind. Thank you so much, cheers

Chris Lord replied:

This was the morning after Juno was supposed to bury us in snow. I got up early and went off to the bridge to shoot it deep in snow. Well there wasn't much snow at all but I managed to make a shot worth posting anyway and I got some exercise! A good day I guess. Thanks very much for checking it out, cheers

So very happy to announce another FEATURE! This time very kindly awarded by SVETLANA NILOVA in the group "THE WORLD WE SEE" Much appreciated Svetlana, thank you so much.

This is the most awesome shower curtain EVER! I plan to buy another Icart shower curtain for my master bathroom.

December 8th, 2018

The quality of this shower curtain far exceeded my expectations. A print this size would have been way out of my price range. Love it.

Shower curtain came out just as imagined. I see Nicolas Cage's wonderful mullet every morning while brushing my teeth.

I very much like the pic and the material. Although I dislike the button holes made for the curtain hooks, for the price it should have metal rings stamped for the holes to prevent tearing under the weight of the fabric. even the $6 liner from bed bath has metal rings for the hooks.

About Chris Lord

My name is Chris Lord and I am the Head Pixie and Pixel Pusher at Pixielated Pixels. I am British born and bred but New York City based and I first picked up a camera almost 50 years ago. Shooting film and printing in the darkroom never gave me as much pleasure as powerful computers and Adobe's wonderful software. I began working with computers in the mid 1980s, now I have become confident and competent with the tools at hand and feel that the world has finally caught up with my eclectic artistic vision. Intense and powerful color and a somewhat surreal take on reality is the way my mind works and I enjoy producing images to match. "Reality is a somewhat...
