Way better than I imagined, I use it as a bedspread and it raises the level of the room.

Artist's Description

The Brownie Reflex Synchro Model was manufactured by Eastman Kodak from 1941 to 1952 in the US and from 1946 to 1960 in the UK, enjoying a 20 year production run. It was designed by Henry O. Drotning. Drotning patented the design in 1940. He came to Kodak with a background in designing mechanical music toys. The Brownie Reflex was one of the early roll film designs featuring a large and brilliant reflective viewfinder which would become very prevalent in the post-war years.

About Jon Woodhams

Welcome to my portfolio of photography and digital art! Artist Statement: I don't know what exactly it is about abstract art that appeals to me so much. As an artist, I love that I am creating something "ex nihilo," or from nothing. I love the freedom of combining shapes, movement, colors into something beautiful or intriguing that comes purely from my imagination. As you'll see in my gallery, I am drawn to the unique symmetry of the square format for my work, though I also work with vertical and horizontal ratios. I love vintage things (especially old cars, old phones and radios, and old cameras), so my photography tends to focus on things like that, though I also shoot macros and other types of photography.
