I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.

About John Appleby
A little bit about me, I have been dabbling in photography for nearly forty years. On occasion use my various film cameras: Nikon F2As, Bronica ETR, Speed Graphic 23, and 1 Speed and 2 Crown Graphic 45s. I do all my own color and black and white processing from 35mm to 4 by 5 film. I was taught by an elder German photographer in Bavaria who did not believe in pre-mixed chemistry in the darkroom (thank God he didn't want to coat glass plates.) I started my transition from film to digital in the late '90's but still kept my fingers in the soup when I felt like it. I then employ my Nikon scanner to convert the shots to digital format or send it out for professional scanning. The early digital cameras left much to desired but the current...
