Good grocery or farmer's market bag. I feel the artist's name should be displayed on the product.

I love my new bag. It is so beautiful. I work in schools with children who have hearing loss and they love my bag. I get to share information about hearing loss with teachers in the school when they ask about the lovely picture. I also tell them about Ms. Soares. Thanks for sharing her story. It makes the picture even more unique. I had a difficult time choosing from all the options just related to hearing but fell in love with all of her offerings on this site. The quality of the bag is great also.

I purchased this for a gift and the recipient was blown away. The artistry is alive in this bag with Frida. Perfect!

Artist's Description

Pastel painted recently from a photo I took 15 or 20 years ago. I saw this driver a lot around that time, and his hair was always perfect! :-) He later started a tour business, then opened a jazz club... now? I don't know, but I always liked this photo.

Ms. Boulet began painting murals and portraits in the early 1970ís at the Maryland and New Jersey beaches, and continued to do so upon returning to New Orleans in 1980. She has painted, literally, thousands of portraits in water media, pastel, and oils, which grace public and private collections internationally. She has, also, exhibited and garnered awards in group and juried shows,...
