Description
BurgerKing Street Scene from Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida. In 1982 Coconut Grove was still an artist community, a Village really and the rage was the " Roller Skate " Tiny shop selling roller skates opened every where in Coconut Grove. Burger King was also a new comer on the block ,and the burgers where good then...It is still in Coconut Grove at the same location on S.W. 27th Ave, but the burgers are not what they were, the Roller skate Shops are gone, and the relax feeling of the"artist village " is no more. High rises and expensive shops are the heart of this village now. In the south section of the Village some old houses still remain along shaded street. Main Highway the main street of Coconut Grove is still very beautiful with the Banyan trees on both side of the road. The trees and jungle like landscape is still what makes Coconut Grove a" Magic Place "and hopefully for a long time to come. I have some friends who live in the Grove and they think it is the best place on the planet to live in.
