I had so much fun painting this piece. I set my easel up late in the afternoon. The sun was going down pretty fast, so I had to get it down very quickly. The candy stripes on the cabanas lit up in the light! I finished working on this piece at my cottage, fully enjoying the experience. I think it shows! It can be seen at the Louisa Gould Gallery in Tisbury (Vineyard Haven), MA, Martha's Vineyard.
