FANTASTIC! My dad was a maintainer on F-105's in the early 1960s, and wore the blue "Thunderchief" patch on his fatigues. This was a birthday present for him, and the smile when he pulled it out of the box said I'd struck gold.

I was born in Pullman Washington in 1954. I lived in Pullman all of my childhood and young adult life. When I was 20, I moved to Fairbanks Alaska and made my career in construction. I was a Union Laborer for 21 years. I worked on the trans-Alaskan Pipeline, and many road , housing and pipeline projects. In 1992 I got into the apprentice program out of the Pile drivers Union. I built over 7 bridges in my short 5 years as a journeyman. I came back to Pullman in 1997 and worked as a custodian at WSU, cleaning offices and dorms. I retired on December 31, 2015. I was taught art since 2nd grade by Victor Moore. through out my construction career I drew many pen and ink projects from building, barns to self portraits.I have taken a couple...
