The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

Monarch cluster in the center of the Pismo State Beach Monarch Butterfly Grove. The Monarchs seem to be leaving early this year. Most of them usually wait till the middle of February to leave. We had about 14,000 at the peak this season and are down to just over 3000 now. They mate and leave on their journey back North East.
One of my goals in life and photography, is to try and encourage others to get out and experience God's beauty in nature for themselves. The wonders in this world, large and small are continually amazing to me. Sometimes, I am just frozen in wonder at its beauty. Come... take a journey with me. Life is short, Carpe diem! Images are added almost daily. Come back and visit often. Images purchased will NOT have the "Fine Art America" watermark on them. Blessings to all. Thanks William. This is about the end of the Monarch's overwintering season here on the central coast of CA. This was one of the few clusters left in the grove.
