This is an outstanding piece of work. The aura of Powell River with its resident fishing boats is portrayed beautifully. The vessel “Shirley” is very thought provoking to me personally.

Artist's Description
This photo is one of two photos so far taken of artifacts extracted from my back yard in the area dedicated to my garden. The first marble i found while tilling, and each rain revealed more and more. Its like a little secret channel to the people who lived here before and adds excitement to the photo for me. Taken with my Lumix digital camera in 2010.
About Elizabeth Clary-Boyd
Born and raised in Northern New York, currently residing in the small village of Norwood, NY. Besides enjoying my artistic adventures i love rock hunting, walking and raising my son. I obtained my BA from the State University of New York at Potsdam as an Anthropology major and Fine Art minor in 1995. I have kept my artistic spirit alive by recycling broken and vintage jewelry, bungy cording my digital cam to my hip and never straying too far from my paintbrushes...i haven't a huge selection to choose from here yet, but hope to be expanding my studio area and making more very soon. I moonlight volunteering with a local paranormal investigative group and also have been fine tuning my psychic/intuitive gifts to bring peace to my soul and...
