This is a fantastic shower curtain. I owned at one time a 1928 American LaFrance almost identical to this one.Loved that fire engine and this great representation is such a joy as a reminder of the one I owned. Nee dmore like this one

Love this shower curtain! It’s brightened our guest bathroom beyond words. We were in Monet’s garden in 2005 and it brings a smile to my face every time I go in there.

This was our first purchase from the site and we love it! It arrived quickly. We wanted something different for the guest bath and this art combined two of my husband's favorite things.The curtain has a quality feel to it and the design is bright I wasn't sure of the color combination at first (orangey red, navy, turquoise and a touch of black) but it works! We've received many compliments and chuckles. My only regret was not being able to fit the words on without using a border - I was unsure of the colors, etc. Bottom line is that we love what we received!!! LOVE it!

"The Tea House was originally part of the Osaka Japanese Garden in Jackson Park
Created during the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition, with a garden and a Japanese Ho-O Den [Phoenix Temple] for the government of Japan, as a pavilion for the exposition. The "phoenix" emblem, apparently, was a reference Chicago rising like the mythical firebird from the ashes of the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. It was designed by Landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted. After the Fair, even as most of the Fair was burned or torn down, the garden and the Ho-O Den Pavilion remained intact.
For the 1933 Century of Progress, the government of Japan, constructed a traditional Nippon Tea House at the Century of Progress World's Fair and also created a garden on Jack Park’s Wooded Island's northeast side and refurbished the Ho-O Den.
Shortly after the start of the Second World War, the buildings were destroyed by fire and the garden was virtually abandoned....
