ROSMINDA SONIA TUDELA BURGOA Bolivian Artist Born in La Paz-Bolivia July 1945 She studied at Universidad Mayor de San Andres, School of Architecture and Arts. Her personality is founded on values which define her character; she is a woman of great strength, energy, serenity, and talent; with a special interest in social and cultural issues.
