Civil Service is city inspired art created for the cityscape art series. Every time I get new software, I re-create this piece. I have four versions, so far. The version you see here was made with Corel PaintShop Pro X7. I used a layering effect to get the many intricate details. Check out the full-resolution preview to see the intricacy. In this artwork you will see an angled arch covered bridge leading to a cityscape of pale blue buildings and dreamy architecture.
