City Art Law of Motion is digital art created with online photo editor PicMonkey and Corel Paintshop Pro. It consists of 5 overlays with about 20 edits each, the final piece took about two hours per overlay. The City Art series has run since Dec 2013, the first piece was a commission for art in the city garden of Hamilton Ohio. I made over 20 pieces for them to choose from and it just kept going from there. I make something for the City Art series every few days. Check out the rest of them here in the City Art Album.
