Artist's Description

Colorized photo from 1904 Original title: Travel views of Europe Location: Germany There is something about alley's that are kind of neat to me. People living way off the main road, its sort of cozy and private. Yet from an artistic standpoint, I liked the textures. When I was a kid, I grew up playing adventure games. In those days, they didn't have 3D graphics, nope, when I was a kid, we used our imaginations. After that they came up with painted like backdrops, each had its own fantasy theme. That's what I was going after here. I never have a chance to shoot at night, and images from a hundred years ago, didn't do well in the dark. So having the ability to color it in, I can make day into night. But that's only possible because the lighting is even, and the sky is overcast or cloudy. No specific shadows in play. The location is Germany, I based it off of other images from that area, and signs there were written in German, it looked like German anyway.

About Mike Savad

Mikedusa, an unfortunate victim, who just happened to be at the wrong place and the wrong time. It all began with a young attractive lady named Medusa, for not being a loyal goddess, she was cursed to look like a monster. It was a sad story.... But what many people don't know is there was a person named Mikedusa, who just so happened to be in the same area and received the same curse. He used his power differently, instead of turning attackers into stone and having them break. He would turn them into statues, and sell them. With the snake hair slicked back, a nice suit, he would visit galleries showing off his work, so real and life like, is what everyone said. And if there was a critic that didn't like it.... let's just say he was...
