Looks just as pictured!! Heavy duty case is perfect and fits snug! Detail in person is far better! I did a Snapchat selfie so the color is a little off in my image. But I love it! Good quality and better pricing for exactly what I want

I like the case one of a kind
The Clapper Rail (Rallus longirostris) inhabits marshy saltwater wetlands and feeds on small animals and plants. They are secretive, long-billed, long-necked, and relatively large. Their measure about 15 inches in length and about 10 ounces in weight. Of the three geographic subspecies, the Atlantic Clappers are not as colorful as those seen on the Gulf coast or on the California coast.
This Clapper Rail foraging on a water-covered mudflat at low tide was photographed at Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge in Absecon, New Jersey on 7-9-2015. I used a Nikon D810 camera body and a Nikon 300mm f/2.8 VR2 lens to capture this image.
I am honored that my photograph was featured in the Fine Art America groups:
Coastal Water Birds - Shore Birds, 6-14-2016
FAA Portraits - Birds, 2-28-2017
Water Forms, 6-7-2020

My passion for birding and nature has taken me outdoors almost daily whether home in the USA, or on trips in East Africa, Israel, the Caribbean, and Brazil. I've been fortunate enough to have seen and photographed over 1000 species of birds, and I get a lot of satisfaction when I'm able to capture a beautiful and interesting shot and share it with others. I have heard these birds, but have never seen one.....when I finally do get a glimpse of one I will now know what I have been hearing for years. Magnificent photograph Morris! L/F
Morris Finkelstein replied:
Thank you Stuart! Yes, they are secretive and mostly hidden. It you see reeds moving close to the water's edge in a marsh, pause quietly and wait, and maybe you'll be lucky!
