Cape Foulwind is a prominent headland on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island, overlooking the Tasman Sea, ten kilometres west of the town of Westport. It's exposed position results in the headland being battered by strong winds almost every day, creating dramatic wave actions on the cliffs that surround it.
