Deep in the tropical jungle of Ilhéus, Bahia, Brazil, there are fantastic 150 to 250 year old native cocoa trees that are still sustainable cultivated and harvested to produce the most amazing organic high quality bean to bar chocolate you will ever try!
Late 2014 we visited a few of these amazing farms, and later on did some chocolate tasting just to be sure.
