This member of the National Regster of Historic Places crosses the St. Croix River between Stillwater, MN and Houlton, Wi. The photo shows how it looked for a few moments early on Columubus Day in 2004. Things changed as the morning progressed.
About Curtis Dale
My first darkroom "opened for business" in a corner of my parent's home when I was in the 4th grade. It was dark only at night and if the windows were covered. The equipment was primitive and limited, there was no ventilation, and all the results were in black and white and small. But it was a start and my passion for photography has only grown. Photography can introduce you to a place you've never seen, show you a time before your own, and bring immediacy and life to cherished memories.
